Author Fee

This journal operates on a transparent article processing charge (APC) model.

• Article Submission Fee:
  There is no fee for article submission.

• Article Publication Fee (APC):
  If an article is accepted for publication after peer review, the author is required to pay an Article Publication Fee of 375,000 UZS.
  This fee is used to cover editorial processing, peer review management, online publication, and formal archiving.

• Waiver Policy:
  The journal is committed to supporting authors who do not have sufficient funding.
  Full or partial waivers may be granted upon a formal request by the author before or after acceptance, based on financial need.

• No influence on editorial decision:
  Payment of fees does not influence the editorial decision. All articles are evaluated solely on academic merit through a double-blind peer review process.
