Abstract

Одной из серьёзных проблем современной мусульманской уммы является такфир. Однако, как известно эта проблема возникла не сегодня, она имеет глубокие исторические корни. Свое начало оно
берет со времен конфликта между Али и Муавией, в результате которого часть последователей Али осудила его попытки решить конфликт посредством третейского суда, и с лозунгом: “Решение принадлежит только Аллаху” откололась от его войска. В результате этого в исламском мире зародилось движение хариджитов. И хотя официальная власть периодически его подавляла и уничтожала физически, идеи хариджизма также периодически возрождались и проявлялись в различной форме. Не стали исключением и XX – XXI вв., когда различные радикальные течения использовали эти идеи в качестве идеологической базы внутри-конфессионального противостояния. И несмотря на актуальность данной проблемы для мусульман бывшего СССР, она остается не изученной в научных кругах. Целью исследования: является выявление высказываний потенциала учения ханафитских богословов в формировании идей внутри-конфессиональной толерантности. Материалы исследования: источниковую базу исследования составили труды таких богословов как Абу Ханифа, Абу Мансур ал-Матуриди, Абу Джа‘фар ат-Тахави и ан-Насафи. Результаты исследования: в результате нашего исследования были выявлены высказывания богословов относительно такфира и критериев признания человека в качестве мусульманина. Новизна исследования: в рамках данного исследования впервые был дан обзор публикациям по проблематике толерантности, а также проведен анализ содержания ханафитского богословского наследия по заявленной теме.
